Apply the license file by navigating to http:///admin. Login with a Super User account.
Be sure to make a backup of the current license file before applying the new file.

Releases - Instructions

Unless you have an Extended maintenance contract, you are responsible for download, backup, deploy and testing of any releases.

A zip fille will contain the updated IAP files.
This may also include updated database schema files.
  • Please review Notes or readme.txt file if included within the zip package. It will provide any special instructions required to deploy the included packages.
  • Always check the date of the License File. If new features are addded to IAP they may require an update of the site license to include/exclude these features.
    Please compare with the installed license by going to Admin->Setup Features.
    If the latest license is not installed IAP may restrict access or deny access to the application.
  • If there is a newer 'updatetables.php' file included within the .zip you MUST run that script first. It will create any new database fields which will be required by the included scripts
  • As with any changes it is advisable to backup the original source files before replacing them.
    •  Simply unzip the files into the appropriate folders.

    Please check the current database schema and adjust columns as appropriate.
    For large installations updating the schema can be expected to be time consuming. Please schedule when there is no load on the database
